Guild of Fine Foods 1802
We are pleased to announce that our 1082 vintage cider has been awarded three stars by the guild of fine foods in the Great British taste awards. One of only a handfull of ciders to have been awarded three stars.
This is what the judges had to say: "glorious deep amber in the glass, with an aeroma to match: Smokey, buttery, but powerfully apple. And the Pallette follows through. A meadly of cider apple notes supported by rippy tannins, gentle acidity and a hint of bitterness.
The ballance is delightful, well nigh perfect"

In addition we also recieved 2 stars for our medium sweet cider this year.
